About Property Services
The Council's Property Services team is responsible for a wide range of operational and investment property assets including:
Asset Management
Business Property to let
Town centre car parks and public conveniences.
Facilities management - responsible for planned maintenance and reactive repairs in all Council buildings except Housing stock.
If you wish to report a fault with a council building (non-housing) please contact us.
Property Services do not manage Council houses.
