Our performance management information can be accessed by clicking on the following links:
- Council Plan 2007 Performance Monitoring - Quarterly Heartbeat Indicators - This will open our performance management book for the Council Plan 2007 which concentrates on our key quarterly indicators.
(This will be updated after the end of each quarter.) - Executive Portfolio Holders - Quarterly Heartbeat Indicators Library - This shows our indicators broken down by Executive Portfolio.
- Council Plan 2008 - This will open our Annual performance management book for the Council Plan 2008. (This will be updated after the end of the year and will be used to report our results to national government.
