We hope people are happy with the services they receive from South Beds District Council. However, if you have suffered a loss or injury, which you consider is the fault of the Council, you can complete the Incident Questionnaire (PDF 13 KB) and we will investigate your claim. The questionnaire is for the purpose of obtaining information, which will form the basis of our investigation and should not at any time be taken as an admission of liability on our part.

You should receive a reply within ten working days.

If you consider the loss or injury was the result of work carried out on your property by one of our contractors, please report this to the contractor directly or to the service concerned, for example, Housing.
