Co-op Fire affects Council Payments (09/06/06)

South Bedfordshire District Council is urging residents who made payments to the council via the Allpay PayPoint at the Co-Op in Houghton Regis on Wednesday (7 June) to contact them.

Payments that were made during the day had not been transmitted to the PayPoint central system before the fire occurred.

Anyone that paid their rent, council tax or other payment at the Co-Op on Wednesday should get in touch with the council and present the receipt for the payment so it can be processed.
