BY POST - Payment may be made by crossed cheque or postal order made payable to South Bedfordshire District Council.

Please write your Penalty Charge Notice number and your address on the back of the cheque/postal order. Please do not send cash through the post. Send your payment together with the completed payment slip to:

If you wish to challenge you Penalty Charge Notice, write first to Vinci Park Service (UK) Ltd at the address above quoting the Penalty Charge Notice Number and giving your full postal address, and tell us why you think you should not pay the penalty.
