Or just because you would like an easy way of calling for help if something goes wrong.

How does Careline work?

The alarm unit simply plugs into your phone line; it is activated by pressing the button on the pendant trigger. The alarm unit makes a telephone call to our Control Centre, which is manned 24-hours a day, 365 days of the year.

The Operator will assist the caller by;

WHAT DO I NEED?

To have an alarm unit installed, all you need is a modern telephone socket and a nearby electric socket.

We will also ask you to give us the names of at least two people who you trust, live locally and have keys to your home.

How much does it cost?

The cost of renting the alarm unit is £2.40 per week, excluding VAT. (VAT may be payable if you are not chronically sick or if you do not have a disability). There is no charge for installation or initial payment of equipment.
