There are time limits for each stage of your application that we, the landlord, have to comply with. They are shown on your application form, and if we exceed these there is a delay procedure that you can follow.

You have the right to challenge the valuation of the property, and we forward your request for this to the District Valuer. Their redetermination would be effective at the date that you first put in your claim, and their decision is final, whether it is less, the same, or more than the original.
