Tenant Survey 2007

The report sets out the results of a major survey of tenants (PDF 269KB) carried out by South Bedfordshire District Council with the support of Partners in Change. The aims of the survey were fourfold:

  • To find out tenants’ views on getting involved in the service – their views on tenant participation and how they might want to get involved in the future.
  • To assess tenants’ aspirations for service delivery and service standard expectations.
  • To determine priorities for additional expenditure.
  • To assist in shaping the Council’s new Housing Strategy and Business Plan.
