• Application Reference number and site address;
• Your name and address, so that we can keep you informed as to whether the application in question is due to go to Planning Committee;
• Your comments - these should be in the form of statements, rather than questions and should be confined to valid planning issues such as privacy, noise, design, traffic, access, landscaping and effect on amenity. Possible effect on property values and loss of view are not material planning issues.
