Compliments and Complaints 2006
There were 31 compliments and complaints recorded in the Development Control monitoring system:
- 13 Complimentary letters/emails received about the service we have provided;
- 3 Complaints about matters not related to Development Control. Advice was given in each case regarding the relevant Service to which the complaint should be directed;
- 7 Complaints about the way we have provided our service. In each case the matter was resolved with the complainant;
- 7 Complaints that were not justified;
- 1 Complaint that the Ombudsman decided not to pursue.
