Compliments and Complaints received by Development Control for 2007

There were 32 Compliments and Complaints recorded in the Development Control monitoring system:

  • 8 Complimentary letters/emails received about the service we have provided;
  • 1 Complaint about matters not relating to Development Control.  Advice was given regarding the relevant Service to which the complaint should be directed;
  • 7 Complaints about the way we have provided our service.  In each case the matter was resolved with the complainant;
  • 11 Complaints that were not justified;
  • 4 Complaints that the Ombudsman are not pursuing;
  • 1 Complaint passed to a supplier, which is now resolved.
