Changes to Planning Application Fees - April 6 2008

Please be advised that Planning Application Fees will increase from 6 April 2008.  We would like to inform you that the Government has also implemented a new fee category to handle the discharge of conditions imposed by a planning permission.  The fee to discharge conditions on a householder application will be £25, for all other permissions, the fee will be £85.
