The following electronic forms are now live on this website:
- Abandoned Vehicles - Report an abandoned vehicle. More information can be found on our abandoned vehicles web page.
- Alarm Notification Form - allows anyone who is responsible for an intruder alarm to register a keyholder who can be contacted if it sounds unintentionally. Submit your details electronically by filling in our form online. Further information can be found in our alarm notification press release.
- Benefits Claim form - apply online to receive a housing and council tax benefit claim form
- Complaints - If you are uphappy with any aspect of our services, please let us know by using this form.
- Committee Questions - If you wish to ask a question at a Committee Meeting, please use this form to let us know.
- Council Tax Change of Details - If you are moving to or from a property, please let us know.
- Environmental Health and Environment Service Request Form - If you wish to request the services of our Environmental Health or Services team, please let us know. You can also send us a compliment or a complaint via the same form.
- Grass Cutting - South Bedfordshire District Council is responsible for the cutting of grass in town areas.
- Fly Tipping - You can use this form to report incidents of fly tipping.
- Freedom of Information - - Use this form to request to see any information that may be held by the District Council.
- Job Application Form - If there is a vacancy at the District Council that you wish to apply for, you can do so by completing this form. If you do not receive an email then we have not received your application.
- Local Business Enquiry - Our Economic Development team can provide you with information about vacant premises and grants if you submit this form.

- Report Benefit Fraud - Do you know anyone who is claiming benefit and shouldn't be?
- Request for Council Tax Benefit Form - If you would like a council tax benefit form to be sent to you, please submit this form.
- Request to pay Council Tax/Business Rates by Direct Debit - If you would like to pay your council tax/business rates by direct debit, you can get a mandate form by filling out this request form.
- Street Cleansing, Litter and Dog Dirt - Report any street cleansing, litter or dog dirt problems.
- Street Name Plates - Report any problems to do with street name plates.
- Uncollected refuse or recycling problems - If your bin has not been emptied or you were not left any Orange Bags, please use this form to let us know.
- Website Survey - Let us know your opinions on the South Bedfordshire District Council website.
